2. General information on data processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
3. Hosting & server log files
On each request, our hosting provider (webgo GmbH) automatically records data in log files:
- IP address of the requesting computer (anonymised where technically possible)
- Date and time of the request
- Name and URL of the file requested
- Referrer URL
- Browser used and, where applicable, operating system
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure website operation). Retention: max. 7 days, then deleted or pseudonymised.
4. Contact form & email
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, topic, message) to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual / contract performance) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). Retention: until your inquiry has been fully processed, at most 24 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies & tracking
This website uses only technically necessary cookies (session cookies). We do not use tracking, profiling or third-party analytics. No data is transmitted to Google, Meta or similar providers.

We do not load external web fonts. The site uses system fonts (San Francisco, Segoe UI, Roboto). Linked external sites only open via an active click and are subject to their own privacy policies.
